Synopsis

  • Syncthing (open-source peer-to-peer file synchronization) uses TCP port 22000 by default for device-to-device sync connections.
  • This default is used across Syncthing installations on Windows, macOS, Linux, and common NAS packages (e.g., Synology, QNAP, TrueNAS) as well as the official Docker image.
  • Related context: Syncthing also uses UDP 22000 for QUIC (optional), UDP 21027 for local discovery, and TCP 22067 for relay connections.
