TCP port 7676 is the default port for Sun/Oracle Open Message Queue (OpenMQ), the JMS broker process imqbrokerd.
GlassFish Application Server (Oracle GlassFish Server) and its fork Payara Server use OpenMQ on port 7676 by default for JMS messaging.
Sun Java System Application Server 8/9 and Sun ONE Application Server bundled Message Queue that listens on 7676.
Oracle/Sun integration platforms such as Java CAPS and OpenESB commonly run their embedded OpenMQ brokers on 7676.
Standalone OpenMQ installations also expose their broker/port-mapper service on 7676 unless reconfigured.
