Synopsis for TCP port 8020
Internet TCP port 8020 is commonly used by the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS). HDFS is a distributed file system designed to run on commodity hardware and it uses this port for its NameNode daemon, which is responsible for storing and tracking the files in a Hadoop cluster. However, it's important to note that the usage of this port can be configured to a different one based on the system administrator's preference.
