Atlassian Crowd (and Crowd Data Center) uses TCP port 8095 by default for its web UI and REST API via its embedded Tomcat server (e.g., http://localhost:8095/crowd).
Many Atlassian deployments keep Crowd on 8095 behind a reverse proxy while Jira (8080) and Confluence (8090) integrate to it for centralized authentication.
Security note: Exposed Crowd services on 8095 have been targeted due to critical vulnerabilities (e.g., CVE-2019-11580 remote code execution), so internet-facing 8095 should be restricted or proxied with authentication.
