Internet-Security.com TCP port 86 details

Micro Focus COBOL/Enterprise Server uses TCP port 86 for the Micro Focus Directory Server (MFDS), service name “mfcobol.”
In practice, the MFDS web administration console listens on http://localhost:86 by default on Windows and Linux installations to manage Enterprise Server regions and services (process name often “mfds”).
Older Micro Focus products such as Net Express and Server Express also used port 86 for their mfcobol-related services.
Outside of Micro Focus tooling, no widely adopted, standardized service is known to use TCP 86.
