  • V380 (Cloudlinks) P2P IP cameras commonly communicate over TCP 8800 to their cloud servers for remote viewing/control.
  • Yoosee/Gwell P2P camera platforms also use TCP 8800 to establish P2P cloud tunnels between devices and mobile apps.
  • These IoT ecosystems have a long history of vulnerabilities and weak/default credentials; exposed services on 8800 have been observed in internet scans and abused by botnets (e.g., Mirai variants) and for unauthorized remote access.
